This is a past retreat schedule and reflects what to expect on one of Helen’s healing weekend retreats. Each retreat varies.

Friday Oct 11th

4:30 Opening introductions and sage bath followed by gentle yoga flow with yoga nidra

6:00 Wine down and charcuterie board in the wine garden

7:30 Dinner followed by full moon intention setting and meditation at the fire pits

Sat Oct 12th

8:00-10:00 Breakfast

10:30 Forest bathing digestive stroll followed by yoga, meditation and crystal healing

12:30 Free Time (Visit a winery or the quaint downtown area of Dahlonega for shopping and lunch, take a hike or chill at the property. You can order a picnic lunch if you are hanging out) 

4:30 Chakra balancing with yin yoga and healing sound bath with chimes, gongs and crystal bowls  

6:00 Wine down and charcuterie board in the wine garden

7:30 Dinner

After Dinner digestive stroll

 

Sun Oct 13th

8:00-10:00 Breakfast

10:30 Mantra and mudra yoga flow with healing guided meditation and closing circle

 This is your Weekend!!! Do whatever you like…Have a go with the flow attitude and be open to let loose and heal!!! Thank-You for honoring me with your presence and energy!!!
